2. What data do we process and why?

Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we process the following personal data:

  • Name — to identify the business contact
  • Email address — to send a reply
  • Subject and message — to process your inquiry

Purpose: responding to business inquiries and enabling contact.
Legal basis: voluntary consent of the data subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

AI chat assistant

Conversation content via the AI chatbot is stored exclusively in the user's browser (localStorage) and is not saved to any server beyond the chat session. Messages sent to the Groq API are processed only for the duration of the session.

Cookies

Our website uses only functionally necessary cookies:

  • Language setting (session cookie) — to remember the selected language
  • Theme (persistent cookie) — to remember dark/light mode preference
  • Cookie acceptance (persistent cookie) — to hide the cookie notification

We do not use any third-party, tracking, or marketing cookies.

3. Data Retention Period

Data submitted via the contact form is retained for 2 years after the business relationship ends, then deleted. If no business cooperation takes place, data is deleted within 6 months of responding to the inquiry.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not share personal data with third parties, unless required by law. In the case of AI chat, messages are processed on Groq Inc. (USA) servers — solely for the duration of generating a response, without data storage.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — you may request information about the data we hold on you
  • Right of rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to data portability — you may request your data in machine-readable format
  • Right to object — you may object to the processing of your data

6. Data Security

Our website is protected by CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection and spam filtering (Honeypot). Data is received via a secure, encrypted connection.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy if necessary. Any changes will be announced on the website before taking effect.
