Collaboration Guidelines

The fee applies to the functions and subpages agreed upon at the start of the project.

Any request arising after the project has started (e.g., extra features, new subpages, more complex animations) qualifies as extra development and will be billed based on individual pricing.

Every project includes 2 comprehensive revision rounds.

• Round 1: After the design/features are presented, the client summarises all feedback in a single list, which I implement at once.
• Round 2: The final "fine-tuning" after changes have been applied.

Further revisions beyond these will be billed hourly or based on a separate agreement.

Development is divided into phases: Design → Development → Testing.

Once a phase is completed and approved in writing by the client, it is no longer possible to go back to that phase.

Example: If you approved the design, the visual plan can no longer be modified free of charge during the coding phase.

The texts, logos, and high-resolution images required for the site are provided by the client.

ZEVOX Studio does not take responsibility for delays caused by missing materials. If ZEVOX Studio is also producing the content, it falls under separate pricing.

Since every website is a unique intellectual creation requiring significant work hours, no refund of the fee is available after the project has started.

Payment for completed work is not dependent on the client's business success or subjective change of taste.

The project is considered completed when the site functions according to the agreed specifications.

ZEVOX Studio provides a 30-day technical warranty for error-free operation of the written code in the browser environment current at the time of delivery.

The warranty is void if the client or a third party modifies the source code.

We accept no liability for outages caused by the hosting provider or issues arising from changes in external services (e.g. Google, Facebook APIs).

ZEVOX Studio reserves the right to feature completed work as a reference on its own platforms (website, social media).
